Job Description
Duration: 6 Months
Employment Type: W-2
Major Responsibilities:
Performs and ensures analytical work in compliance with applicable regulations
Perform method development and validations of bioanalytical asssays
Conduct assays utilizing automated pipetting extraction instruments, HPLC with MS detection technique
Use computer skills to compile and analyze assay results
Assume responsibility or assist in writing reports
Top 3-5 skills required for this position.
Knowledge of Mass Spectrometer Detection with chromatographic separation
Knowledge of bioanalytical extraction techniques (i.e. protein precipitation, liquid-liquid, solid phase)
Proper use of lab skills: (i.e. safety, solution preparation, balances and pipettes)
Knowledge of GLPs and documentation practices
Knowledge of computerized and automated systems
Education/Experience required for this position:
2+ years of bioanalytical sample analysis using HPLC-MS.
