Job Description
Move Forward with VoltVolt is hiring for a Product Design Coordinator in Kissimmee, FL.
As a Product Design Coordinator you will:
support the Product Design teams with routing and processing of product approvals, coordinating communication with internal and external partners and general administrative support.
• Initiate and support product approval processes, maintain database, assist with tracking and routing during all stages of development.
• Provide guidance, user support and product submission training for our PLM system users
• Manage e-mail aliases for asset requests and general communication to cross functional partners
• Process incoming samples (open boxes, entering system data, and delivering to the team)
• Manage all outgoing shipments, maintaining mailing lists and providing tracking information
• File samples and assist in the maintenance of product storage
• Process and track shipping invoices and other invoices as needed
• Assist with scheduling onsite and offsite design meetings and oversee logistics for large scale events
• Create and review a wide variety of documents such as organization lists, tracking forms, and various confidential documents
• Coordinate and compile merchandising requests from various internal and external partners
• Provide additional tactile support for the Product Design teams as needed
This is a full-time 4-month hybrid contract opportunity (Monday-Thursday on-site, Fridays remote from home).
The ideal candidate must have:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Strong computer software skills (e.g. Google Suite, Mac Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro, Google Suite, Concur and Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
• PLM - Project Management program
• MAC
Pay Rate: $33.33/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
