Job Description

Our client, is seeking a Machine Set up Tech to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience setting up machines using precision tools and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Set up Tech

Location: Carol Stream, IL.

Pay $25.50/hr. Temp to Hire Mon-Thurs. 1:30PM-12AM Plus OT

What’s the Job?

+ Set up machines like Injection molding machines, Unigrip machines, gasketing machines, assembly machines in accordance with prints and specifications provided.

+ Programming machines, insert the molds to complete the work order to process the finished product/part within established specifications and tolerances.

+ Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.

+ Maintains logs and records of units produced. Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.

+ Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance

What’s Needed?

+ 2 years experience of setting up machine

+ Knowledgeable with maintenance tools

+ Able to lift 50 lbs

+ Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machines

+ Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
