Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst to join our detail-oriented services team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for all desktop and server-related issues, maintaining accurate incident records, and providing IT training to end users.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive phone and deskside support, addressing and resolving desktop and server-related issues.

- Log all phone calls made to the Help Desk, ensuring all issues are recorded in the Incident Tracking database.

- Perform direct fixes such as software installation and upgrades, hardware installation, file backups, and application and mobile device configuration.

- Play a key role in IT training development for end users and provide instruction through customer service interactions and scheduled training sessions.

- Support audio/video conferencing services by providing technical and logistical assistance.

- Maintain the operational availability of all technological resources, including workstations (laptops, desktops), printers, data communication equipment, and audio-visual equipment.

- Apply skills such as Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to daily tasks.

Requirements

- Knowledgeable in Cisco Technologies – Experienced in Active Directory – Proficient in handling Apple Devices – Has knowledge in Computer Hardware – Capable of Configuration Management – Experienced in Deployments – Strong problem-solving skills – Excellent communication and customer service skills – Ability to work in a team-oriented environment – Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously – Familiarity with detail-oriented services industry standards and best practices.
