Job Summary: As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist Level 1 at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials within our supply chain. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. Your attention to detail and adherence to shipping and receiving procedures will contribute to the overall success of our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents - Inspect received products for damages or defects - Store received products in designated locations - Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation - Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems – Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with shipments - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

- High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving or related field - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Basic computer skills
