In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Lead, drive and support the execution of Commercial initiatives

+ Generate innovative solutions to customer-facing challenges, focus efforts on improving the customer and Commercial associate experience

+ Participate in the strategic planning process, developing a roadmap and execution plan for commercial initiatives, including creation of business cases, ROI, project proposals, and charters

+ Meet with sponsors and leadership to determine specific business needs; perform analysis to understand the current state and make informed recommendations for improvement initiatives

+ Manages implementation of strategic improvement initiatives including planning for change impacts of people, process, and technology. Includes monitoring and tracking the progress of initiatives, ensuring they remain aligned to commercial strategy.

+ Proactively works to uncover interdependencies within broader commercial organization and incorporate these into the scope of the initiative, and identify issues and risks, coordinates and tracks action plans for improvement initiatives

+ Supervises and directs staff throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and performance management

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or related field

+ 5+ years of experience leading diverse teams, especially as a people leader

+ 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or a similar position responsible for defini
