Job Description

Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Leads for our local client in Wheeling, IL. Warehouse Leads do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $18/hr. plus $2 additional shift differential. As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the preparation and processing of outbound shipments, implement daily plans to achieve high productivity and accuracy, lead the distribution team to deliver exceptional customer service, and serve as a communication liaison between international and domestic distribution management.

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 2+ years of relevant experience

+ Detail oriented, dependable, high performance work ethics

+ Makes timely, informed decisions considering facts, goals, constraints, and risks

+ Develops fresh ideas to solve workplace challenges

+ Manages time effectively, prioritizes goals, and oversees employees

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
