Please note: This position is a hybrid role, requiring on-site work at our client’s offices (in either Elk Grove, IL or Irving, TX) 2-3 days/week.

You Are:

The Project Manager, Email Servicing will become the subject matter expert in Servicing email execution by working with the client’s business stakeholders to create, launch, update and manage servicing email messaging and communications which are being sent to their cardholders. This includes managing servicing email content, ensuring all necessary approval requests are provided and retained, and executing requests by providing the clients vendor with proper specifications in preparation for handing off for testing implementation.Additional responsibilities include:

+ Partnering with client manager and peers to align processes and controls to the broader team;

+ Working closely with the implementation testing team on proper handoffs of the communication requirements;

+ Working closely with Business, Translation, Legal & Compliance and Risk Management teams;

+ Monitoring Jira tickets and proactively assisting in removing roadblocks to ongoing servicing communication updates/changes;

+ Helping to direct the client external email vendor to ensure business needs are met;

+ Supporting the onboarding of new client partners into client’s email servicing program;

+ Helping to maintain existing email controls and monitor associated deliverables;

+ Manage requests independently with minimal senior level assistance; and,

+ Learning new processes and recommending potential improvements.

Here’s what you need:

+ A minimum of 3 years of project management experience within financial, retail or technology companies.

+ A minimum of 2 years of experience with Jira and Confluence in support of operations;

Preferred Skills:

+ Marketing project management experience

+ Able to adapt to a fast-paced business environment and collaborate across organizations and management levels;

+ Comfortable working in a dynamic and energetic environment in which all activities are continuously evaluated and, when appropriate, modified;

+ Innovative thinker that challenges the status quo and develops creative and intuitive solutions for internal client stakeholders;

+ The ability to help manage a vendor relationship to support client business goals

+ Strong organization, program management and documentation skills;

+ Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills;

+ Ability to influence, collaborate and communicate clearly with other stakeholders;

+ Critical thinker that seeks to understand the what, the how, and the why

Travel Requirements:

This role requires minimal travel, no more than 10%.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
