Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee various construction projects. Responsibilities include due diligence, design review, value engineering, defining subcontract scopes, negotiating contracts, establishing and controlling schedules, and reviewing and approving scope changes. The role also involves field coordination between ownership and the office, maintaining general conditions and job costing, documenting and negotiating changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners, coordinating with other subcontractors and parties on-site, and planning of all site activities by all sub-trades. The candidate must ensure that the project aligns with high standards of safety and quality. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Work Environment
Onsite 5 days a week, projects are mainly based in Chicagoland but are not limited to this area. Will receive Per Diem in the case of travel.
