If yes, then consider joining the Americas Business & Sales Operations (BSO) team as our Business Program Manager. This role will lead the development and execution of a content strategy with Copilot at the center for communications aligned to sales operations information, processes, insights and support. You will also be responsible for leading key projects to drive top priorities, the implementation of our Americas BSO Onboarding programs, and support the management of our internal culture program aimed at making Americas BSO a great place to work.

This role challenges you to strategize and innovate. You’ll be the mastermind behind a content strategy that not only scales and simplifies, but also creatively integrates Copilot into the creation and execution of content and increases productivity and connection to information across the Americas BSO. The BSO Leadership Team will rely on you to guide the development and landing of sales operations content that tells the story of our impact, engages various levels of stakeholders, and ensures key information effectively lands with the right audience. Your creativity will shine as you lead communication workshops that blend communications insights and best practices, empowering our team to excel in their own content creation. You will also have the opportunity to network across teams as you lead key projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

+ Development of the BSO content strategy with focus on scaling, simplifying, and Copilot enablement

+ Lead the creation of content including articles, integrated SharePoint pages, presentations, scripts, talking points, Learning Day sessions, and more

+ Support the BSO Leadership Team with development of the presentations and other executive communications needs

+ Integrate communications plans into the Planning rhythm to ensure appropriate workback plans and effective audience landing

+ Lead the development and execution of the Americas BSO Onboarding Program and serve as the BSO-champ for the overall Americas Sales Enablement and Operations (SE&O) Onboarding Program

+ Develop and lead communications workshops focused on improving content blending insights from Brief trainings and best practices for enabling content in Copilot

+ Lead in telling the “BSO Story,” including the impact of BSO

+ Drive high priority projects ensuring that blockers are identified, and key milestones are met

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

+ OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

+ Minimum 6-years experience drafting content for executive audiences

+ Minimum 6-years experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders with different priorities with proven ability to bring forward a solution to drive impact

+ Minimum 2-years experience partnering on projects with technical/product engineers

+ Experience with backend content management systems (SharePoint preferred), website management, and overall maintenance of Content Management Systems (CMS) systems

+ Familiarity with seller pain points, seller terms, pipeline, Customer Relationship Managgement (CRM) (MSX D365 preferred), and high-level understanding of the sales process.

+ Passion for thinking ahead, being innovative, and continuous learning about Microsoft product

+ Desire to partner with stakeholders across the company to learn how others work and how the work in Americas BSO can evolve to support

Business Program Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 – $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 – $200,500 per year.
