REMOTE MES Support Analyst

TEKsystems is looking to add an MES Support Analyst to our Fortune 100 Healthcare client’s team. This person will sit remote and provide application support to an entire division’s MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) user base. This team leverages ServiceNow for ticket management and can review anywhere from 5-50 tickets per day. These tickets can range from low priority to high priority but due to the importance of these applications to the customers day to day business operations, all tickets are highly visible and must be resolved or escalated in timely manner.
