JOB OVERVIEW
The Associate Sales Representative position exists to support the sales team by managing daily email communications, cross-referencing materials to accurately identify client needs, creating quotations, and ensuring timely submission to customers. This role plays a crucial part in facilitating smooth customer interactions, ensuring accuracy in proposals, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Handle communications received by email, interpret requests, cross reference parts, create quotation, send to customer or account representative for review.
+ Review and respond to shared voicemail box messages daily
+ Review and respond to quotations submitted to shared mailbox and escalate to the appropriate sales representative where needed
+ Review various job folder listing tickets (including BOM – bill of materials) to identify spare parts
+ Additional duties may be required by leadership
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
+ 1-3-years of office experience preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred
+ SAP experience highly desirable.
+ Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft products.
+ Strong interpersonal communication and team building skills.
+ Strong organizational skills must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
