We’re seeking a Provider Services Representative to work at a Leading Healthcare Client in Chicago, IL. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Hybrid role with 3 days in office in Chicago, 2 remote

Summary:

Maintain the accuracy of provider information in core internal and member-facing systems. This role requires frequent contact with our provider partners to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, achieving a 95% or greater accuracy rate. The position also involves data entry of updates to internal provider systems, maintaining the same high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Complete all assignments on time and maintain a quality rating of 95% or higher in a high-volume production environment.

+ Learn and apply moderately complex business rules quickly.

+ Quickly adapt to and use moderately complex computer systems that support the business area and processes.

+ Integrate smoothly into a team setting and demonstrate a high level of teamwork.

+ Establish and maintain strong business relationships.

+ Exhibit expert written and verbal communication skills.

+ Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

+ Pay high attention to detail.

+ Use office automation software, including MS-Office, proficiently.

+ Apply office experience gained either through internships or prior work experience post-graduation.

+ Be smart, driven, and possess a “can do” attitude.

Job Requirements:

+ Ability to focus on the completion of all tasks within the expected timeframe and quality standards.

+ Quick learning ability for moderately complex business rules and computer systems.

+ Strong teamwork ethos and ability to easily assimilate into team settings.

+ Strong professional and communication skills.

+ High level of detail orientation.

+ Proficiency in office automation software (MS-Office).

+ Relevant office experience through internships or post-graduation work.

+ Preference given to recent college graduates.
