Job Description

The Marketing Manager (MMII) for SKYRIZI Ulcerative Colitis (UC) will be a primary conduit from Marketing to the field sales team. The MMII will utilize customer and field insights to develop key brand initiatives and projects, coordinating efforts across internal and external stakeholders. As a prominent member of the SKYRIZI UC marketing team, the individual in this position must demonstrate strong competency in personal promotional channels with appreciation for marketing mix across the omnichannel. The MMII reports to the Director, U.S. HCP Marketing for SKYRIZI UC.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement strategically-aligned tactics to support the UC sales force for SKYRIZI

+ Collaborate with marketing colleagues, internal cross functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, Medical and MABI) and external vendors to ensure strategy and tactical integration

+ Bring innovative opportunities to differentiate brand through rep-delivered resources and make proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and data

+ Maintain a forward-thinking awareness of competitive landscape and AbbVie portfolio positioning

+ Track and manage promotional budgets

+ Operate in compliance with all AbbVie internal policies (ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies) and applicable external regulatory requirements

Qualifications

+ BA/BS required

+ Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience

+ At least 2 years of marketing experience with track record of tactical execution and evidence of developing marketing competencies

+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make effective presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior management

+ Ability to work across multiple stakeholders

+ Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills

+ Strong interpersonal skills
