About the Role:

This Consulting Senior Practice Director position is responsible for managing the full scope of professional services business operations and resources within our diverse Technology Consulting practice. This position manages all aspects of the practice including on-time and on-budget implementations, financial management, operations management, process improvement, client satisfaction, client escalation management, sales/bookings enablement, vendor relations, and associate/team development. This position has profit and loss responsibility for a practice made up of 130+ employees driving $25M in annual revenue. This role is also responsible for maintaining strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. In this role you will manage multiple senior managers as well as senior level individual contributors across the following domains:

+ Oracle Health Millennium Host Technologies

+ Oracle Health End Point Technologies

+ Oracle Health Business Continuity Products

+ Oracle Health Clinical Imaging

Responsibilities:

+ Accountable for operational and financial metrics and overall business results of practice.

+ Responsible for maintaining strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

+ Develops strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives.

+ Accountable for managing and growing a significant revenue stream and customer base.

+ Resolves staffing issue in complex engagements.

+ May serve as advisor or project sponsor role for moderately complex engagements.

+ Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies.

+ Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or business or equivalent.

+ Balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills and operational management experience.

+ 4+ years of consulting services senior management experience with P & L responsibility and at least 6-10 years consulting or industry experience.

+ Previous project management experience as well as leading technical project managers is highly desired.

+ Strong process improvement experience surrounding implementation methodology is highly desired.

+ Direct line Management experience including project, people, customer, financial management preferred.

+ Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level.

+ Ability to travel as necessary.

US: Hiring Range: from $154,800 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
