Job Title: Commission AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a Commission Analyst to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include preparing commission earnings, testing system generated calculations for accuracy, responding to inquiries and requests for adjustments from Sales and Finance, processing automated and manual adjustments as needed, and generating reports and commission statements based on transactional data. You will also assist with testing for Compensation related system implementations and changes, and identifying opportunities to improve or automate work that will result in more accurate commission payments and/or reduce the cycle time of commission processes.

Hard Skills

+ STRONG EXCEL REQUIRED! Vlookups, pivots, if/then statements, reporting

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

+ 1-2 years experience in a position related to sales, analytics or finance/accounting

+ Ability to use macros, v-lookups, build and read formulas

Soft Skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Ability to work independently

+ Strong verbal, written and communication skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote opportunity. The successful candidate will be expected to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours, regardless of their location. Work hours are from 8-5 CST, but there is flexibility for those residing in different time zones, provided they work within 1 hour of CST hours.
