Job Summary: To lead, motivate and develop a team of Violation Reviewers, to assist Violation Review Supervisor(s), process supervisor approvals while also performing tasks of a Violation Review Operator. Job Description: Provides encouragement and motivation to team members, including communicating daily and monthly goals to the team and identifying areas of improvement for additional training or skill(s). – Assists supervisors in training new team members. Ensures operators are receiving sufficient training of RedCheck software system and in standard operating procedures, guidelines, and expectations. – Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team members’ work for quality and company policies/processes compliance. – Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals. – Assures that all team members conduct business in a professional manner at all times. – Reports issues that cannot be resolved to supervisors immediately, assists supervisors in the progressive discipline process. – Assists Supervisor with generating and conducting yearly appraisals for review operators. – Monitors, reviews, and processes violations. – Handles violation batching. – Submits monthly operator reports. – Conducts monthly meetings with team members. – Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Two-three years of related experience and/or training. – Equivalent combination of education and experience. – Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc; Windows Desktop). – Good English written and verbal communication skills. – Accurate typing skills. – Must be able to see 20/20 vision with correction and differentiate color between light color.
