we are seeking an experienced leader in Manufacturing Security that has worked for (or with) large global manufacturing organizations. This position will report to the Senior Director of Manufacturing Cybersecurity and support the people, process and technology enhancements required for successful cybersecurity risk management within the manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and implementation of cybersecurity measures to safeguard vital Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure.
This role requires a collaborative approach with sites and other cyber teams to protect operational technology, balancing the enhancement of security measures with the importance of resilience and the facilitation of digital transformation. This will require working with global manufacturing locations, with the aim of comprehensively understanding pivotal cyber processes and technologies, evaluating both emerging and current cyber tools, and creating and advocating for the adoption of robust standards and solutions to mitigate identified risks and strengthen security postures at our manufacturing sites.
Required Skills and Education
+ 10+ years of experience working in a global, manufacturing realm with responsibility for the planning & management of cybersecurity activities relating to OT (Operational Technology) / ICS (Industrial Control System) security.
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or related degree
+ strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management methodologies, and industry standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Frameworks, IEC62443, etc.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to management, and liaise with external stakeholders.
+ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ 3-5+ years of working familiarity in cyber tools like Armis, Splunk, and Sentinel One
+ Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP or other industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable.
