Job Description

An Attendant/ Server is mainly responsible in providing customer service, managing orders, and assisting in various tasks ensuring a positive guest experience\.

What will I be doing?

As a Attendant /Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\-Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

\-Ensure knowledge of products, promotions, and specials

\-Take guest food items, beverage orders, and retail orders and input in POS

\-Bag and hand orders in timely manners

\-Ensure guest satisfaction

\-Ensure following the purchase of alcohol beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations

\-Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed including cleanliness of you station and products are well\-stocked at all time

\-Ensure all products are within the use thru dates and by monitoring quality\.

\-Team member, if needed, will be scheduled and asked to perform as a server during certain shifts by following all procedures related to serving
