North America Cloud Infrastructure Field Engagement and Marketing is looking for a field marketer who can partner with our MySQL Heatwave Field Sales organization to plan, execute, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline. This role requires a collaborative team player who can work optimally across various functions to drive impactful marketing strategies to generate leads and pipeline in the region.

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Responsibilities

+ Plan, implement, and measure demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for MySQL Heatwave Field Sales organization

+ Meet with sales leaders to create and manage strategic marketing plan in support of sales pipeline and revenue objectives

+ Develop and implement tactical marketing programs in conjunction with sales, channels, product marketing, Oracle direct (inside sales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations

+ Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs and events

+ Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner

+ Create and manage program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting

+ Collaborate with corporate marketing to drive global campaign execution in North America

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

Canada: Hiring Range from $58,100 to $126,000 CAD per annum

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
