The Role

The Quantum Fiber Experience Manager will represent the Sales and Revenue Mission in developing business priorities related to Quantum Fiber. This role is pivotal in defining problems to solve, writing documentation (business requirements, process documentation, etc.) and ensuring a seamless rollout of these initiatives and enhancements. The Experience Manager will also encompass project management responsibilities, including creating workfront requests, leading business requirements capture, leaving and driving initiatives, and managing these items into the process/flow.

Location and Schedule

This is a Work From Home position in the United States.

The Main Responsibilities

+ Develop high-level scoping of customer experiences.

+ Create customer journey mapping and use cases leveraging Business Process Engineering (BPE).

+ Document product and offer requirements.

+ Identify and document high-level data requirements, including data in/data out.

+ Identify channels, touchpoints, and potential fallouts.

+ Determine business rules and conduct customer research.

+ Understand online impacts of product and offer launches.

+ Attend Sales & Revenue Mission meetings to align with quality standards, principles, and guidelines.

+ Create documented use cases to ensure a successful rollout of products and services.

+ Use various techniques to solve complex problems and provide resolutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with and assist Product Managers (Chris and Sarah) as needed.

+ Partner with clients and business stakeholders to ideate new and innovative solutions.

+ Lead grooming sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs to refine Feature requirements.

+ Apply Design Thinking to create customer-centric products.

+ Write detailed product feature requirements using Gherkin/BDD model.

+ Ensure product completeness and participate in scrum ceremonies such as product demos and roadmap planning events.

+ Drive the availability of data and reporting necessary to enable KPI improvement.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or relevant experience required.

+ 8+ years of relevant experience.

+ 3+ years operating in an AGILE environment.

+ Proven leadership and coordination of activities.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to identify and recommend process improvements.

+ Analytical problem solver with data-driven decision-making skills.

+ Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

+ Knowledge and understanding of network technology.

+ Demonstrated knowledge applying both digital and tactical solutions.

+ Exceptionally self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple complex projects.

+ Strong interpersonal, relationship development, and communication skills.

+ Ability to maintain strong relations with cross-functional teams, area teams, external partners, and leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of JIRA, SalesForce, GCP/Microsoft Azure.

+ Experience working with vendors (3rd Party).

+ SAFe Agile experience.

+ Business Process Engineering knowledge.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$111480 – $148630 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$117340 – $156450 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$123210 – $164280 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$129080 – $172100 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
