Job Title: Operator Trainee
Job Description
As an Operator Trainee, you will be a crucial part of our production department, handling a range of responsibilities from handling the received materials from customers to handling the client materials through the sterilization process. Your key tasks will include reviewing work order, retrieving specified product types and quantities, and managing them on a large conveyor belt system as they go through the process. Depending on your assigned position, you will either load packages for sterilization or unload and palatalize sterilized products. Occasionally, you might also operate a forklift which you would be certified on. Our work revolves around medical products/devices from our clients so high attention to detail is a must.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Gurnee, Illinois.
Work Environment
Our warehouse operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule, alternating between day and night shifts. The day shift runs from 9am to 9pm at $17 per hour, while the night shift operates from 9pm to 9am, earning $ $18.87 per hour, with an increase to $20 per hour when converted after 90 days. Although our environment is clean and organized, it may get hot during the summer months near the shipping dock. Safety is our top priority, and we ensure all radiation used for sterilization is administered safely.
