Job Title: Facilities Technician
Job Description
As a Facilities Technician, you will fabricate machinery support equipment as needed to aid the manufacturing process, including welded racking, support bracing, and material handling items. Your role will also involve maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility systems such as electrical, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, compressed air, nitrogen, process vacuum, and refrigeration. You will also install electrical conduit and conductors, metal and plastic piping, and general hardware. Your responsibilities will include leading, performing, and documenting preventive maintenance on all facility systems and equipment to proactively identify risks and ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with the equipment support team to manage the effective installation, removal, and reconfiguration of facility resources to meet manufacturing and customer requirements. You will also provide direction, assistance, and support to outside contractors for facility and equipment repairs, fostering effective working relationships to ensure efficient task completion.

pay: $23-$24/hr
