Job Description
As a Packer, your main role will be to pack lip balm and other personal care and pharmaceutical products into boxes. You will be required to count out the correct quantity to be packed and in some cases, weigh the boxes to ensure accurate counts. Quality checks are a crucial part of the role, as you will be required to ensure that labels are correctly applied without bubbles, misprints, and with accurate expiration dates. This role is fast-paced and requires you to be on your feet throughout your shift. You must be able to keep up and not slow down the production line. We have 10 positions open, 8 for the 2nd shift and 2 for the 3rd shift. Orientation is scheduled for Monday and Wednesday. The pay rates are as follows: 1st shift – $16.25, 2nd shift – $17.25, 3rd shift – $18.25.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and requires you to be standing the entire time. On your first day, you will be given a locker where all your personal belongings must be stored. You are allowed to carry a clear bag with a calculator, knife, swipe card, and pen. The work location is a corporate headquarters which also houses the manufacturing location. The 3rd shift is smaller and quieter with only a supervisor present, so the team must be capable of working independently.
