Insight Global is looking for an Information Security Project Manager to join one of our largest Financial clients in either Chicago IL, Washington DC or Denver CO.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams.

Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Agile and Financial experience preferred. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

Primary Level of Engagement: Works at program level under the supervision from a more senior domain expert or manager.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on).

-Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.

-Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.

-Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.

-Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.

-Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.

-Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise -Change Management standards.

-Support resource planning for delivery/execution.

Skills and Requirements

- 7+ years within Project Management

- Waterfall / Hybrid experience

- Microsoft Project experience

- Technical Change Management (software/hardware deployments) experience

- Experience or understanding of projects related to CrowdStrike or End Point Security

- Experience working at Bank of America or any financial institution – Advanced understanding of the security business practices, and familiarity with the project management processes and controls

- Strong knowledge of financial services, cybersecurity products, services and technologies at a functional and data level.

- Cyber security policy, standards and project management process controls null
