As our Credits Supervisor, you will help the Credit Department by managing business office functions, accurately and efficiently while maintaining a customer and patient focus. The supervisor will manage a team of associates, approving timecards, approving time off request, training and educating staff on processes and company changes, and completing any supervisory responsibilities needed. Every day you will work in the Credit Department working cross functionally with cash posting, follow up and billing teams. To thrive in this role, you must have experience working effectively in time sensitive situations, multi-tasking and making prompt, responsible decisions. The supervisor should have experience in a role that required strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and should have demonstrated the ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision and have excellent organizational skills. The supervisor should have experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail, with demonstrated typing proficiency. The supervisor should have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The supervisor must be able to work Mountain Standard Time hours. This is a remote role.

Here is what you will experience working as a Credits Supervisor:

+ Creating daily reports to improve payment results and ensuring that corrected claims are processed by the payer within appropriate timeframes

+ Collaborating with team members to interpret and analyze audit results to develop corrective action plans

+ Providing research, using bills and medical records, to validate charges

+ Establish working relationship with on and offshore counterparts, serving as a liaison between hourly staff and management for training, quality and general questions

+ Driving regular huddle meeting with team

+ Assisting in establishing and implementing departmental initiatives

+ Developing and coaching team members in skills and processes to promote quality and productivity

+ Measuring and monitoring KPI metrics related to AR performance with an emphasis on aging

+ Demonstrating knowledge in accounts receivable credits processes and procedures

+ Managing refund approvals/denials, turnaround time and perform refund reconciliation

+ Preparing, analyzing, and providing daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports on key AR metrics as assigned

+ Participating in weekly operations meetings to drive performance excellence

+ Troubleshooting and resolve issues with client concerns with a sense of urgency

+ Filling in production gaps when needed; other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $41,677.00 – $58,093.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
