Position Summary
Provide outstanding guest service. Sell tickets using computerized ticketing systems. Record sales transactions, Balance and reconcile ticket sales, cash, check and credit card sales. Assist guests either in person or on the phone with queries regarding Convo and Athletic events.
Education/Experience
A formal education is not required. Convo will train
Preferred Qualification
Must have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Must show cash handling experience in previous or current jobs.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to climb up and down stairs.
Light lifting that would include bending.
Must be able to stand for periods of time as required by event.
