Job Summary

The Services Process Transformation (SPT) team is responsible fordesigning, testing and implementing changes to processes, technologyand organization in order totransform CDW services and drive towarditsgrowth objectives.

The Services Process Transformation Manager leads a team focused on end-to-end business and process transformation, continuous improvement, project management, and business analysis for CDW services. The role is also responsible for the delivery management, capacity planning, work assignments and final deliverables of assigned initiatives. Initiatives are large, complex business transformational projects that are prioritized by senior leadership as critical to the to the success of CDW services.

What you will do:

Lead and support complex initiatives that are transformational, cross functional and critical to the success of CDW.

Develop relationships with functional leaders and critical individual contributors across CDW to secure support and collaboration for initiatives that have been prioritized.

Identify pain points within end-to-end business processes and provide recommendations to a "pipeline" of initiatives that help achieve the desired strategic outcomes for CDW services.

Take an active role in the assessment and analyses of business challenges, process documentation and design-thinking for scalable execution.

Develop business cases defined with clear scope, target audience, intended outcomes, quantifiable results, necessary investments, impacts and rationales.

Assemble and deliver ongoing communication to key stakeholders at all levels around the progress and results of assigned initiatives.

Assist in creating a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement to achieve deliverables aligned to target business outcomes.

Balance multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.

Guide, coach and develop direct reports to enhance their performance and achieve their career goals. Identify development opportunities and provide mentors and training to facilitate professional growth.

Assign work across direct reports where skillsets optimally align to initiatives to achieve the highest quality and most efficient outcomes.

What we expect of you:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Technology, or related fields, and

3 years of progressive initiative and/or cross functional team leadership experience

3 years of leading a team of direct reports including work prioritization and delegation, development, coaching and mentoring, team building and performance management.

5 years of experience in process redesign, consulting, business analysis i.e. presenting and reporting on program plans and cost-benefit/ROI analysis to appropriate stakeholders, executives and senior management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Demonstrated strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices with ability to apply them in a business analysis situation.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills with critical attention to detail.

Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business, while meeting deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft office applications with strong experience in Excel.

Proven track record in problem analysis with the ability to creatively and proactively problem solve.

Track record of identifying process improvements and making appropriate recommendations.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships cross-functionally.

Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor team members and other professionals

Master's degree, preferred.

Technical accounting skills with a working knowledge of ASC 606, preferred.
