Georgia-Pacific's Hummingbird facility in West Chester, OH is currently seeking a Roll Room Coordinator. The Roll Room Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities in the shipping and receiving offices, including providing customer service to the truck drivers. You must be able to work the 3rd shift (11pm -7am) schedule Monday through Friday to support the Shipping Supervisor. Must be able to work extended shifts, flexible shifts and weekends as needed.

Our Team
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team dedicated to safety at our Hummingbird facility in West Chester, OH! This position creates value by safely operating our state-of-the-art roll to roll inkjet web press, which is the first of its kind in the United States. We offer opportunities for advancement as those openings occur.

Salary
This position starts at $23.75 to $25.75 per hour, depending on experience, with an additional $2 per hour for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am).
Shift
This is a 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Must be able to work extended shifts, flexible shifts and weekends as needed.

What You Will Do In Your Role
Provide customer service to the truck drivers, providing them with the appropriate paperwork and instructing them on where to park their trailers.
Accurately process shipping paperwork.
Dispatch work to the forklift drivers on the warehouse floor.
Managing the workload of incoming and outgoing freight.
Perform daily proof of billing.
Unconfirmed Trips for Branch.
Review and rectify TSS Alerts.
Review and rectify missed scans.
Printing of P/L for loaders.
Assist loaders with questions.
Coordinate with customers for dock times and update shipping schedule.
Manage and Correct Unconfirm Trips for Branch.

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
One (1) year or more of work experience in a manufacturing, military, landscaping, carpentry, construction, warehouse, production, or farming environment.
One (1) year or more of experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or other similar type of equipment.

What Will Put You Ahead
Two (2) years or more of work experience in warehousing, transportation, or planning
One or more years of office/clerical experience
Experience with Kiwi operating system
