Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produces photography, videography and animation for the company, its events and its promotional materials including advertisements, collateral, internal training videos, and publicity assets
• Participates in the planning, setup/teardown, execution, and post-production of both small and large-scale shoots to include lifestyle, food and beverage, architectural, and interior/exterior photos and video
• Assists with the production and post-production of weekly video content for delivery across multiple distribution channels
• Repurposes licensed animation assets and repurposes static marketing or creative design to create animated video solutions
• Assists Creative Services with the design, production, and media selection for internal and external marketing; Assists with static graphic and animation assets for Wind Creek’s digital signage
• Assists in the archiving for all company and property-related imagery, still and video, owned and licensed (stock images)
• Assists with content management and scheduling within the company’s various digital signage systems (Allin, CastNET, VENUS, etc.)
• Designs and updates templates for animated restaurant menu boards and employee communication channels as required
• Assists Creative Services in the design and production of assets for in-room televisions, gaming machines, casino kiosks, and ATMs
• Keeps abreast of industry standards and innovations; Recommend materials, equipment, software, training, and conference attendance opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage, continually ensuring work produced is of the highest standards and superior to our competition whenever possible
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
• Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Video Production, or Related Field– required
• Two (2) years of professional experience in the field of photography, graphic design, video production, post-production, broadcasting, or animation– required
• Two (2) years of experience in current video production, animation and graphics software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop within a MacOS Environment– required
• Two (2) years of experience in the use of current state-of-the-art video and digital cameras, lighting equipment, and sound recording equipment–required
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality still photography, video and/or animation work examples– required
• Drone certification– preferred
• Must be a team player and possess the ability to work calmly and independently in difficult, high-pressure and high-stress situations with multiple deadlines
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
• Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
