Job Description
Implementation is responsible for the successful onboarding of new contractualManaged Transportationclients.Based out of our Chicago office, you will act as a liaison for one or more of our newclientsby coordinating and executing the implementation process.Implementation provides a single point of contact so assist in things such as change management, TMS customization, sourcing and training on all aspects of the customized solution.This is a key role that will lay the groundwork for successful, long term partnerships.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Act as a key project lead coordinating all customer-related activities among all departmentsincluding Sales, IT, Operations and Finance
Implement and train customers on Echo's proprietary, web based technology
Gather information and requirements from new customers, analyze current practices and map out improved processes
Work with customers and conduct business needs assessments
Ensure a smooth hand-off of major accounts from Sales to the Implementation Team toOperations and Customer Support
Works with Operations / Account Management / Sales to define Scope of Work
Develop Implementation Plans and Timelines (IT, Operations, Product Management, Account Management)
Coordinate and facilitate weekly meetings to update and inform our client and internal teams onprogress of the implementation
Work with Department Manager to assist with the continuous process improvement of the department
Assist inSourcing and carrier assessment
Partner with Operations to setup account infrastructure throughout the implementation life cycle
Review and analyze client audits, work with the Pricing team to set up customer specific pricing,and conduct post pricing audits
Work with the Pricing team to submit RFP's and conduct post RFP audits
Assure 100% client satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Supply Chain or Operations Management degrees preferred
5+yearswork experience, including manager level
Strong background in process design and project management
Transportation and logistics experience arequired
Experience using MS Visio, Power Point, Excel, and Word
Ability to adapt to Echo's operating systems
Analytical thinking
Customer facing experience, including C-Level Executives
Proven performer whois effective at multi-tasking
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-managedand motivated
Enjoys and thrives in fast paced, fluid work environment
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to travel up to 10-20%
Work environment:This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
