As a Billing Analyst at Sinch, you will play a crucial role in our financial process by undertaking billing operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices to guarantee revenue. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy, address customer queries and complaints, and provide support during audits and internal controls. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.Requirements

Strong knowledge of electronic billing procedures
Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or a similar financial role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
Advanced proficiency in English
Knowledge of Spanish language (a plus) Benefits
