Job Description

Location: Hybrid role: 3+ days in Chicago/Aon JLL office per week.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure the best hiring decisions are made. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and a proven track record of success in building and nurturing talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Partner with HR and business leaders to define hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for various positions.
Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain traditional and non-traditional pipelines of talent with diverse skillsets and perspectives.

Leads and Inspires a Team
Lead a team of recruiters, including hiring, training, coaching, and development.
Set clear performance expectations, goals, and objectives for team members and provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.
Effectively allocate resources and delegate responsibilities to maximize productivity and ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.

Drives Full Cycle Recruitment Activity:
Utilize various channels and tools to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings/interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to facilitate the interview and feedback process.
Deliver employment offers and negotiate terms as required.

Candidate Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Skillfully promoting our brand, values and culture in every connection.

Metrics and Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.

Sound like you? To apply you'll need to be:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Marketing is ideal.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting, with 2 of those years having led a team.
Experience hiring sales professionals is a plus
Ability to navigate in ambiguity while making decision based on sound judgement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in establishing relationships with all levels of the organization.
The ability to understand, analyze, report, and make decisions based on objective data and relevant information.
A track record of leveraging cutting-edge technology platforms and tools to identify and attract top talent.
Drives for results with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
