The Opportunity

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Salesforce Senior Product Manager to join our Productivity Solutions team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Development, Feasibility, Design Services, Legal teams, where you will be instrumental in continuing to evolve tools supporting Hyatt’s growth. You will help with the rollout of Salesforce Sales Cloud to our Business Development team. The Role

The Salesforce Sr. Product Manager will play a critical role in setting the vision and then overseeing implementation, configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform working with a lean agile product team. The Salesforce Senior Product Manager forms a tight knit partnership with business stakeholders, designers, system analysts, and will be responsible for hiring the Salesforce Admin and Architect roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical architecture and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices.

+ Lead a team in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

+ Understand customization vs. configuration possibilities within the Salesforce platform and architectural concepts to guide the team to an optimal solution.

+ Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.Ability to be hands-on with integrations a plus.

+ Oversee data migration and data quality initiatives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information within Salesforce.

+ Maintain and enhance Salesforce and other supporting systems for Design Services and Development teams, to maximize opportunity, deliver long-term value, and be a good product steward.

+ Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively utilize Salesforce.

+ Release & Roadmap Management: Coordinate and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap of features for implementation. Manage release timelines, including testing, deployment, and post-release support.

+ Documentation: Coordinate with the business analyst to maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.

+ Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

+ Vendor Management: Collaborate with Salesforce vendors and consultants to ensure effective support and resolution of technical issues.

+ Collaborate with Director of Productivity Solutions to develop a strategic roadmap for the products managed, focused on desired outcomes

+ Work directly with the business leaders, the Salesforce Architect and Systems Business Analyst day-in and day-out.

+ Define, scope and help communicate the minimum viable product (MVP) to test new ideas and concepts

+ Write agile user epics and stories that break down complex experiences into tactical steps to build digital products iteratively

+ Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activities

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

· Minimum 5 years total work experience on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.

· 10 years experience in technology development, including experience operating in a globally sourced operating model leveraging suppliers for application development services.

· Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

· Proficient app background, with prior experience delivering Salesforce enterprise level products and experiences.

· Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer, with a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.

· Experience with Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript

· Experience with Salesforce Integration design and development, including Events, SOAP / REST / BULK APIs, Canvasing, Authentication, etc.

Experience Preferred:

· Bachelor’s degree

+ Consulting background a plus
