Purpose

The US Commercial Business Technology Solutions is looking for an Associate Director, Digital Marketing Solution Architecture, and Implementation Lead, to help lead our growing team of cross-channel digital problem solvers. This role will help craft compelling stories that drive undeniable impact. The?Associate Director, Digital Marketing Solution Architecture, and Implementation Lead will need to be passionate about deeply understanding the customer, brand, and landscape, and have a proven record of delivering a broad range of digital content and solutions. This position coordinates with Media, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to drive the US Commercial solutions through end-to-end delivery and completion.

This role sits within Business Technology Solutions, aka. IT solutions, which is responsible to work closely with Media, Analytics, and other business team to build and enable strategic priorities for media and other business teams.

Responsibilities

+ Leverage deep digital and technical expertise to challenge the status-quo and partner with business and analytics teams in delivering innovative marketing strategies across channels such as Paid search, programmatic, social, TV etc., all paid and earned media channels.

+ Partner in developing, executing, and monitoring a data-driven digital and multi-channel marketing strategies, including targeting, messaging, content, channel, and measurement.

+ Partner with media and other business partners in defining marketing performance modeling, KPIs, benchmarking, testing and measurement strategy, based on engagement data and analytics to optimize media engagement and spend.

+ Responsible for building and managing solution architecture and designs to guide data ingestion and enable deliverables across multiple media and other data platforms/ sources, etc.

+ Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses. Communicate those requirements to technical teams to enable implementation.

+ Day to day work with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Product Management, and Marketing Strategy teams to enable the consumer media analytics and activation use cases across multiple platforms and systems.

+ Present KPI reports, outcomes, and recommendations to business and IT leadership showcasing performance trends and proactive insights to achieve desired business outcomes.

+ Be a data and technical representative in conversations with media and marketing agencies to ensure all data, analytics and activation requirements are documented and communicated to ensure measurement and activation outcomes are achieved timely and efficiently.

+ Responsible to track, review and present to leadership Monthly business reviews (MBRs) on all Consumer data ecosystem projects managed by Digital LAB and BTS teams

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience; Master’s Degree with 8 years’ experience; PhD with 4 years’ experience.

+ In depth understanding of media data and activation partners or platforms such as DSPs, DMP, CDP, Google Ad words, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

+ Understanding of people-based retargeting, cookie-based programmatic retargeting, and/or other methods of paid media marketing.

+ Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, i.e., how to set up media analytics data infrastructure to track media KPIs.

+ Understanding of data enablement and integration platforms and such as LiveRamp Safe Haven, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Snowflake etc.

+ Experienced in enabling back-end interoperability to interact with different data sets across identity spaces, platforms, and marketplaces, across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd?party data.

+ Superb interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem resolution skills

+ Ability to juggle projects and prioritize accordingly.

+ Lead technical teams in a matrix environment. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion.

+ Passionate about identifying and solving problems for customers with the ability to uncover business needs through direct interaction as well as quantitative or qualitative research to define compelling solutions.

+ Detail oriented and hands on in ensuring IT deliverables are on track and completed.
