Insight Global’s client is looking for a strong Mobile Product Manager to join their team. The Mobile App team has a ton of goals and priorities for Fiscal 2025 and they do not currently have the bandwidth on the team to cover all of it. Some examples of what they are working on include, but are not limited to: defining the experience for health and wellness for their customers, redesigning the customer experience overall, combining with pharmacy etc. Some of the workstreams they could work on include refactoring all the logic, how the pharmacy works, how do should they optimize and align with health and services. A product manager that comes from a Healthcare or pharmacy would be super helpful, to understand terminology. With the closure of stores, there will be a lot of onboarding of new patients to the app for pharmacy and Rx. They customers to have the best possible experience. They are also focusing on loyalty as well, including promotions and recommendations based on the customer profile.

Skills and Requirements

-8 years of Product Management Experience

-3-5 years of Mobile Product Management Experience

-JIRA or ADO for product tracking (they use ADO)

-Customer facing application experience

-Problem solving skills

-How do you frame and automate problems. -Health

-Pharmacy null
