Job Description

As a Director – Finance (Corporate FP&A) you will work closely in partnership with leadership of assigned business to drive profitable business growth and to provide strong financial support for effective business management. You will provide impactful analytical support to assigned business and provides appropriate analysis on key metrics critical to business and makes critical, time-sensitive decisions. You will be a key member of business leadership team and provides clear financial guidance for business.

Responsibilities:

+ Directs and communicates key financial analysis to aid in business’ decision making and strategic planning, including preparation of forecasts, financial models, investment analyses and performance results.

+ Serves as business partner at strategic level to enable business to make solid, informed decisions.

+ Delivers timely and accurate financial information that is actionable and well understood within organization.

+ Provides insights from financial and market trends with business understanding of implications and opportunities.

+ Directs activities concerning adherence to accounting policies and practices.

+ Oversees and participates in audits processes including, mock, internal, external, tax, and drives mitigation plans and on-going operational compliance throughout organization.

+ Leads all decision support, financial planning and analysis efforts for assigned business.

+ Works with and analyzes financial data to monitor trends and make recommendations to ensure improved business outcomes.?

+ Tasks and leads business to control costs and supports managing any divergences from targets being proactive in developing solutions.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelors Degree Business, Accounting or Finance is required.

+ MBA strongly preferred

+ 7 years required, 10 years preferred of finance and Financial Leadership experience.

+ Working knowledge of operational finance including financial analysis, forecasting, and planning.

+ Strong business acumen.

+ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate operating results to senior management across the organization.

+ Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in functions and teams across the business.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.

+ Strong analytical and problem solving background.

+ Ability to influence business decisions.

+ GAAP, financial statements, internal controls, and SOX requirements.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

+ Ability to travel 0-25% of the time.
