Director Pharmacy Account- TPA and Labor Business

Location: ?This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Director Pharmacy Account- TPA and Labor Business will lead a client-facing account management team responsible for providing best in class service and managing relationships with PBM clients, consultants, brokers and vendors. Developing relationships with cross functional partners and external vendors in order to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment, pay for performance culture.

How you will make an impact:

+ Executing CarelonRx strategies to maximize value from PBM contracts and creating, implementing policy and procedures to ensure compliance with PBM contracts.

+ Manage a team to support operational processes, rebate analysis, network pricing compliance, and other financial aspects of the contract.

+ Oversees the development of client-focused process improvements, including standards and processes

+ Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of Pharmacy/PBM experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

+ Pharmacy License or equivalent service in pharmacy benefits field, preferred.

+ Experience managing/leading a team of individual contributors and ensuring goals, service metrics and projects are completed timely and accurately, preferred.

+ Pricing and analytics expertise strongly, preferred.

+ Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills, preferred.

+ Ability to travel up to 25%.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $150,108 to $257,328.

Locations: California; Colorado; District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Nevada; New York; Washington State.
