The Change Analyst/Manager is responsible for driving service-excellence across all of Reyes Holdings businesses, reducing meantime-to-repair, and leveraging best practices and change/problem management tools. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with various groups and technologies and is technically creative in leveraging the boundaries of existing assets and personnel.
Responsibilities:
Schedules and hosts change management meetings; weekly technical review, Change Advisory Board (CAB), and monthly global maintenance windows.
Manages change requests on a day-to-day basis.
Reviews, processes, tracks, documents, and coordinates change requests submitted for production changes to minimize the impact or downtime to production environments.
Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, processes, and documentation related to change management tools.
Creates metrics and reporting for measuring change request success and compliancy.
Creates development opportunities for employees to ensure that change management policies and processes are being adhered too.
Evaluates and recommends methods and tools for streamlining and improving the change management process.
Participates in change management related projects.
Must be able to lead weekend global maintenance windows twice a month. Regular work schedule will be adjusted for this.

Skills and Requirements
5-7+ years experience as an Change Manager or Change Analyst
Experience evaluating and recommending methods and tools for streamlining and improving the change management process.
Experience managing change requests on a day to day basis
Experience developing and maintaining change management policies, procedures, processes, and documentation related to change management tools.
Ability to create metrics and reporting for measuring change request success and compliancy
Experience scheduling and hosting change management meetings; weekly technical reviews, Change Advisory Board (CAB), and monthly global maintenance windows.
Level 2-3 operations experience
Experience supporting a global company or large enterprise environment
Strong understanding of network and server technologies null
