Job Description

Job Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Educational Technology, Education or combination of comparable work experience.

+ Experience working with the development and implementation of learning and performance support in a corporate environment preferred.

+ Experience in facilitation and classroom management.

+ Understanding of adult learning theories and how to apply.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.

+ Self-starter, able to effectively prioritize activities with little direction.

+ Embraces change, has passion and strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, can foster teamwork, and displays honesty and integrity in all situations.

+ Must possess a motivating personality by being the face of WWT to new and existing employees.

+ High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially PowerPoint.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

+ This role includes assignment of work for specific WWT customers.

+ Some customers have specific on-boarding requirements, including background check and drug testing requirements that go beyond WWT’s requirements.

+ Ability to meet these requirements may be necessary for continued employment, depending on needs of the department.
