ServiceNow Tech Business Analyst plays a key role in the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of procurement and logistic solution. Responsible for analyzing the business domain, document its process and systems, outline business requirements to matches the ServiceNow software business model.

Bridges the gap between customers and development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable development tasks to match the desired product using the ServiceNow. During each design and development stage communicates with customer, stakeholders capture busses requirement and interacts with developers through Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master without impact to solution development.

Qualification:

+ Expert level understating the business idea and clarifying the business idea

+ Extensive experience in validating requirements given by customers

+ Extensive experience in planning development activities with the development team in a large-scale enterprise level solutions using various technology platforms like ServiceNow etc.

+ Extensive experience in standardizing the software development process

+ Very good experience in implementation of Finance and Supply Chain workflow of ServiceNow

+ Very good knowledge of Procurement and Logistics business function

+ Very good experience with Telco wireless network technologies

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Very strong team player

Education :

+ Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Job Contribution:

+ Senior level technical expertise.

+ Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.

Experience:

+ Typically requires 5-8 years experience.

+ Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

+ No.
