Job Description:

CTRM Systems Analyst, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Participate in preliminary investigation for project solutions requests, requirements gathering, collecting data from a variety of sources, evaluating, and interpreting data. Prepare documentation for all the main phases of the project. Provide input into system fit/gap analysis and design decisions. Write functional and technical designs for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Identify system configuration needs and perform system configuration. Ensure solution compatibility with documented architecture, security, and data standards. Provide input to estimates for time and resource needs of identified solutions. Support project implementation transition to the support organization through documentation and knowledge transfer. Provide technical expertise required to resolve escalated support issues. Identify and implement business process continuous improvements opportunities.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering (any), or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

+ Commodity Trading and Risk Management processes, capabilities, and main solutions;

+ System fit/gap analysis;

+ Developing new or revised process flows following business process governance standards;

+ Working with SAP solutions covering full Agricultural Contract Management processes, focused on risk management processes and reports;

+ Preparing technical and functional specification documents to enable build and deployment of SAP solutions.

Up to 20% domestic and international travel required. 100% telecommuting permitted.
