Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) is developing patient-and provider-centric solutions rapidly and securely. Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure is seeking an Automation Quality Assurance Manager with skills in project management, people management and automation test engineering using Eggplant. Seeking a QA manager to develop, implement, and manage Quality Assurance (QA) related activities for the Oracle Health Hosting Production Management team.

Career Level – M2

Responsibilities

Operations : You will lead and track automation efforts for the QA team. You will report automation progress to leadership. You will review and process QA testing requests and monitor their completion.

Strategic Initiatives : You will create, implement and track strategic plans, developing KPIs and success metrics where required.

Team Builder : You will mentor and grow a team of strong QA analysts and align their ownership areas as best suited to the broader organization. You will develop the team’s automation capabilities and their knowledge of the automation software.

People Management Responsibilities :

+ Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.

+ Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations, and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify employees and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.

+ Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with employees and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability, and recognize accomplishments.

+ Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability, and connect opportunities for your employee’s development.

+ Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align employee’s skills to fill gaps.

Qualification and Desired Experience

+ Experience with Eggplant automation software required

+ Attention to detail, structured and creative thinking

+ Proven experience organizing and directing a team. Direct people management experience.

+ Ability to collaborate across teams and organizations

+ Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

+ Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity

+ Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

+ Strong project management skills

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $83,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
