Position Summary :

As a Master Solution Architect, you are a seasoned technologist driving technical innovation and transformation for our clients. You will work alongside solution architects and digital consultants throughout the pre-sales process, providing end-to-end solutioning-from mainframe modernization to cutting-edge digital services.

What You Will Do:

+ Understand client needs deeply and tailor solutions accordingly.

+ Present Ensono’s Mainframe Modernization Service and digital offerings to clients.

+ Develop proof of concepts that demonstrate value across the entire IT landscape.

+ Address client questions and objections during proposal presentations.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to execute multi-year transformation initiatives.

+ Create reference architecture frameworks and templates for complex solutions.

+ Foster executive-level relationships, emphasizing client satisfaction.

+ Provide fully costed solution architecture to meet client and prospective client requests.

+ Communicate progress and direction through formal presentations, collaborative meetings, and content publishing to mixed audiences

+ Maintain and update documentation related to organization-wide IT activities and technology roadmaps.

Required Qualifications:

+ 10+ years of extensive experience in solution architecture.

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

+ Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF)

+ Deep understanding of mainframe technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

+ Familiarity with cutting-edge digital solutions.

+ Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

+ Effective collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.

+ Comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

+ Analytical thinking, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

+ Passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of technology.

+ Understanding of the competitive landscape from both a business and technical perspective.

Travel: Up to 25% of the time
