The Role
As a Change Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the change control process within Lumen. You will ensure that all changes to systems and services are managed efficiently while minimizing the impact of change-related incidents and improving day-to-day operations.
The Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Assess the change impact, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Track and report issues, and provide regular status updates to the management.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management or a related area.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$80510 – $107340 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$84740 – $112980 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$88980 – $118630 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$93210 – $124280 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
