Architectural Designer

Job Description:

+ Communicate and develop designs with PMs, consultants, engineers, and designers

+ Will utilize due diligence survey information with client design specs to produce construction document sets

+ Leading project production from Preliminary through Construction Administration phase

+ Work on a variety of multisite commercial projects on a weekly basis

+ Independently applies architectural concepts and designs

+ Responsible for delegating work/tasks to junior designers and mentoring them when needed

+ Perform QA/QC on projects and review shop drawings

+ Attend site visits when needed

+ Responsible for getting projects documents to permitting and responding to comments

+ Assist with interior development when needed

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor of Architecture

+ 5 or more years of POST-GRADUATE experience working at an architecture firm in US standard

+ Post-graduate= NOT internship experience

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, Revit is highly preferred

+ Licensure or on track towards it is highly preferred

+ Experience producing full sets of construction documents

+ Experience working on multisite commercial projects is highly preferred

+ Previous experience leading and managing projects in a fast paced environment

+ MUST be local immediately- this is an in office/hybrid role and interviews will be held in person, not virtually
