JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for coordinating the project planning and verification & validation activities for new and current production wiring harness components.

• Will work closely with suppliers and internal clients to develop requirements

• Will gather quotes, create and track development plans.

• Project planning will be based on well-established and documented processes for new product and continuous improvement

• Coordinate project activities with a team of engineers

• Work with internal clients to develop product requirements.

• Work with suppliers on development activities

• Create test plans and coordinate testing with internal and external labs

• Conduct project review meetings and report out to management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, preference would be in electrical engineering.

• 5-7 years" experience

• Experience with circuit protection and wiring harness technology is a plus

• Related BS or MS projects or internships will be considered if durations are included.

• Experience with lab equipment

• Oscilloscopes and Multi-meters

• Experience with Project Planning tools

• Experience with Failure Mode Effect & Root Cause Analysis (FMEA) process

• Good documentation and presentation skills using MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

• Ability to communicate technical information effectively.

• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Attention to details

• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines

• Must be a Self starter
