Job Description

Our client, an automated machinery manufacturer for the plastics industry is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the installation department supporting installation & set up projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills along with technical abilities with electrical controls.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Controls

Location: Antioch, IL

Pay: $90,000 – $130,000

Key Responsibilities

+ This role will be responsible for cradle to grave machine setup, programming and implementation of new systems and retrofit projects.

+ Program and set up PLC based machinery

+ Provide customer service and consultation to end users.

Requirements

+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering

+ 2+ years of experience with PLC Programming

+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment or in the Field

+ Plastics industry or automated machinery background prefereed
