Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to provide design leadership and expertise, ensuring that all projects adhere to applicable codes and standards. Responsibilities include the preparation and supervision of contract documents, delivering code-compliant designs that meet industry standards within budget constraints, and reviewing complex electrical technical studies. The role also involves resolving construction issues, attending site meetings, and performing site inspections during the construction phase, as well as conducting quality assurance and control tasks on projects.

Work Environment

The office consists of approximately 23 engineering professionals based in Chicago. The team primarily works from home three days a week and spends two days in the office. Projects mainly involve educational buildings, high rises, residential complexes, and other municipal buildings including police stations.
