The Digital Producer role puts you at the forefront of digital ad creation, collaborating with talented Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other creatives to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with audiences.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Digital Production, who will provide guidance and support as you navigate your projects.

What You’ll Achieve

+ Deepen your understanding of the marketing landscape, gaining valuable account penetration across departments by leading effective cross-functional collaboration.

+ Develop, test, manage, and maintain creative content using Epsilon’s proprietary platforms.

+ Ensure consistent and flawless execution of production tasks.

+ Successfully manage projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

+ Contribute to the creative vision for client accounts.

+ Implement best practices and standardize workflows for maximum efficiency.

Who You Are

+ A passionate and hands-on creative leader with 3-5 years of digital production experience (preferably 5+ years).

+ A skilled user of industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with additional expertise in Epsilon’s proprietary ad tools.

+ A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

+ A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong organizational mind.

+ A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking initiative.

+ (Optional) Experience with video/sound editing, HTML/CSS/JS development, and Content Management Systems is a plus.
